1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items (e.g., worn crystal bracelets)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at anilagadaofficial@gmail.com with order ID, reason, and product photos.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us in original packaging.
- Refund/replacement will be processed after inspection.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
